What is Transcoder
Transcoder is a professional high-definition audio and video transcoding product, which can realize single-channel IP streaming media conversion, supports up to 4k IP signal input, and supports 1 channel IP streaming media output. It involves decoding the original data into an intermediate format, the re-sizes and re-encodes the video to a new or several new formats.Transcoding is taking encoded (or “compressed”) video or other digital content, decompressing it, and altering and re-compressing it.
